Welcome to a new blog about Promise-Driven Organizations.
Let’s face it – ALL of us as we journey through life, want to know what to expect from others. We want to know if we can rely on others to do what they say they will do. This is true in family situations, friendships, business, and politics. When we know what to expect, and an organization delivers on that expectation, we’re more likely to Trust, and ultimately we may become Loyal. Loyalty is something that is earned when there is a history of setting expectations that are met.
We can choose to call expectations many things. For the purpose of this blog, we’re going with the word “Promise” because everyone pretty much agrees on what a Promise is.
To keep this first post brief, I’m going to just wrap up with a few questions that may get you thinking about why it might be a good idea to visit again:
- Do you want to make the world a better place?
- Do you think it’s a good idea of people do what they say they will do?
- Is there any benefit to you personally if you could learn better how to make and keep Promises that are important to those that you care about?
- Does everyone in your organization understand what Promises are being made to customers?
- Can your organization deliver on those Promises, whatever they are?
Join us as we explore these issues, and so many more, in greater detail. We Promise you and your organization will benefit from understanding how Promise-Driven Organizations excel in so many areas:
- Exceptional Customer Loyalty
- Significant Market Differentiation
- Increased Profitability
- Improved Employee Retention
Perhaps the biggest benefit of all is that when we make and keep Promises, we build stronger, better relationships. Relationships where needs and expectations are routinely and predictably met. Relationships we could count on. Organizations we can Trust. That’s what this is all about.
Join us on our mission to create a better world, full of better organizations – Promise Driven Organizations.
