Want to be in “Control” of your Customers…think Experience, not Product

Do you think you control our product/service with your customers? Think again…

Today your competitors can snatch away your top position in an instant with a better mouse trap, better pricing, or even better distribution. Or maybe they offer two services for the price of one…where does that leave you. It’s tough to be in control of the “commodity game” today.

Do you think you control the experience your customers receive? ABSOLUTELY…

This is the one area where you are in charge and in complete control. If you focus on your customers and deliver an incredible, WOW, remarkable, and memorable experience, you are squarely in control of your customers’ experience.

So it’s really up to you to decide how much control you have and want. Focus on the product/service side and you are taking a big risk because you aren’t in control. Build a consistent, repeatable, and awesome customer experience and you are back in control.

Oh, and one more thing, guess which one gets talked about more and creates more Word-of-Mouth? You guessed it, the EXPERIENCE. Deliver this in an awesome way and watch the social networks light up with great comments about you and your organization.
