But for those who really know me, the real core of what I am completely committed to and passionate about hasn’t has as much emphasis placed on it as I would have liked. This is the “Holy Grail”, the “End Game” or the “Pinnacle” of what everyone wants to achieve from their Customers, Partners, Employees, and even personally – ADVOCACY.
What exactly is ADVOCACY? I have a very simple definition. It is “where you have a trusted relationship with someone who ‘proactively’ talks you up to their friends and colleagues“. They have a high degree of trust, a solid relationship, and you are “top of mind” when they have a conversation or write.
ADVOCACY is one of my passions and goals for any organization – it is what I focus on whether it is with a client, building relationships or helping others improve their business or personal life. If you have achieved ADVOCACY, you are at the top of the pyramid. Since I am so passionate about this topic and believe we are in a “game changing” time, I want to talk about it and share what I know and what I experience. It is the world where Social Media, Customer Experiences, and Word-of-Mouth “intersect” and work together
