Happy Easter everyone…I hope this is a special day for you and one you can spend with family and friends.
As a Christian, it is a big day…the day Jesus rose from the grave to begin a new with people and everlasting salvation. Tall order for sure.
Whether you are Christian, follow another religion, or don’t believe in God, it is also a time of renewing and beginning…maybe even more than January 1st. To me it is a great time of year to assess where you are and to decide what changes you want to make that will impact the rest of your year. Think in terms of renewing or changing the experience you are going to deliver to your customers the rest of the year. Is it where you want it to be by the end of the year if nothing changed? Maybe a time to take a fresh focus on your customers so they will tell everyone else how awesome you are?
Most people see this time of year as a new beginning. What a great time to demonstrate you not only agree with that concept…you are actually going to do something about it. So amongst all the Easter brunches, Easter egg hunting, and church services, maybe some time of reflection of where you really want to be with your business is not a bad thing to add to the list on this special day.
